The files below are provided so our suppliers have access to the current revision of documents they will need. These should be used as noted to ensure conformance to Merkle-Korff Industries Quality Requirements.
Suppliers should check the website before using any previously downloaded documents to ensure they have the most current versions.
Supplier FAI Worksheet – This worksheet should be used whenever submitting parts to Merkle-Korff for First Article Inspection. FAI is the same as Supplier PPAP. If you are not sure when this is required or what needs to be completed, please contact your Merkle-Korff Purchasing representative for assistance.
Supplier Quality Requirements – This file contains our general requirements for suppliers and is mandatory for all suppliers. Suppliers must review this document and make sure they are in compliance with all items listed. If you have questions on any items, please contact your Merkle-Korff Purchasing representative for assistance.
